Oracle Parameter file

Hi,
my Oracle DB is 10.2.0.5 version

O.s. Linux Red Hat

I need to modify some parameter into parameter file:

Some parameters are below:
audit_sys_operations
audit_trail
compatible
db_cache_size
event
java_pool_size
job_queue_processes
large_pool_size
pga_aggregate_target
processes
session_cached_cursors
sessions
sga_max_size
sga_target

into path $ORACLE_HOME/dbs I've these files:

init.ora
initdw.ora
spfileorcl.ora
pfileORCL.ora
orapworcl
spfileORCL.ora

Which step I have to perform to change these parameters?
