Oracle OpenScript - Is this tool opensource or freeware or licensed version

Hi,

We are currently planning to use a free tool to record/playback few scenarios for Oracle EBS.
In our search we found Oracle OpenScript has the functionality to automate Oracle EBS.

We would like to know the following
Is this tool(Oracle OpenScript) opensource or freeware or licensed version?
Kindly clarify on our doubts ASAP.
If unaware of this information kindly point us to the location where we could get this information.
