oracle oledb driver for 11.2.0.x.0

Hi All

I need to install Oracle oledb 32 bit driver for delphi application connecting to 11.2.0.3.0 db

do i install driver from oracle client for 11.2.0.3.0 or download from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/windows/downloads/index-101290.html

are they both the same
