Oracle ODBC driver memory leak ?

Hi,
We are running an application using the ODBC driver available in Oracle instantclient. It consumes lot of memory after running few hours. If we connect without ODBC, it doesn't consume memory. Is this could be a leak in Oracle ODBC driver layer ?

The database server is running 10g. We tried instantclient version: 11.2.0.1.0 & 10.2.0.4
We found the problem in both versions.

Please let me know if any more details is required.
