Oracle Objects name length is 30

Hi All,

Oracle Objects name length is restricted to 30 characters. Where as in other RDBMs like MySQL and MsSQL supports more .

While I am doing migration from mysql to oracle , all my object names are changing. Is there any way to overcome that 30 characters restriction.

If any please suggest.
