Oracle native adaptor SGG compatibility with XML

CLP is Currently the is undergoing a transformation using ORalce, but discussion between Itron Accnture and Oracle and CLP , we all understand that the oracle SSGis combability i.g. .mv9 which will only provide the load profile but not the scalr reading for on/off.
