Hello, we're using the Oracle MSCA app on some scanners (Honeywell CK3 and CK65). The Oracle MSCA app keeps dropping connection. We've tried some simple troubleshooting methods but haven't been able to resolve the issue. We have other devices in the same area that don't lose connection along with other apps on the scanners that also don't have any issues. We believe the issue might be with the Oracle MSCA app we're using with EBS. Is there anything we can try to prevent the app from dropping connection?
