Oracle MetaLink authorization failed ?

In our Grid installation, Im trying to set up our oracle metalink credentials (My account details) on the patching setup windows. I have configured the proxy settings and this tested correctly.

But when I try and enter my valid MetaLink Username/Password and press on apply I get the following error

“Error
Oracle MetaLink authorization failed. - Check the spelling of your username and retype the password, making sure that caps lock is off”.

This account is valid (As I can manually log in) and able to download via metalink manually ?

What is wrong ?
