ORACLE & MATLAB

Hi!
I've a little big problem.
I've some dmp files.
There are partitionated tables and not.
I have to analyze these data using Matlab, that can't read dmp file directlty.
The question is:
How can i create (or trasform) my data in file .xls, .xml, .txt....to use in matlab?!?

SO is linux, so Oracle 11g R1 is mounted on XUBUNTU 8.04.1 (however i can use windows to convert dmp file, if is possible).
