Oracle Map Builder 10.1.3.1 Tools -> Import Shapefile

Hello Spatial Forum,

I try to use 'Import Shapefile' in Map Builder.
When I am using a connection to an Oracle version 9 database the import is going well ! No problem at all !
When I have a connection to a version 10 database and try to start 'Tools -> Import Shapefile' Oracle Map Builder does NOT respond ! There is not even a message !
I have to run a SQL script or something ?
Is there anybody who had the same problem ?
Maybe there was already a thread about this problem ?
