Oracle Management Server is Down in 12C

Hi,

Oracle Management server is not started in 12c,

While I try to started the OMS services it's shows the below error

[oracle@prime bin]$ ./emctl start oms
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 12.1.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2012 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Starting WebTier...
WebTier Successfully Started
Starting Oracle Management Server...
Oracle Management Server is still in the process of getting started
Timed out waiting for Oracle Management Server to start
Oracle Management Server is Down
[oracle@prime bin]$

Kindly guide me for this issue.
