I have a project developed in framework 4.7.2.
After updating Oracle.ManagedDataAccess from version 4.122.19.1 to version 4.122.23.1 there is an error when starting the service.

Exception Info: System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException at System.Configuration.ConfigurationSchemaErrors.ThrowIfErrors(Boolean) at System.Configuration.BaseConfigurationRecord.ThrowIfParseErrors(System.Configuration.ConfigurationSchemaErrors) at System.Configuration.ClientConfigurationSystem.EnsureInit(System.String) Exception Info: System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException at System.Configuration.ClientConfigurationSystem.EnsureInit(System.String) at System.Configuration.ClientConfigurationSystem.PrepareClientConfigSystem(System.String) at System.Configuration.ClientConfigurationSystem.System.Configuration.Internal.IInternalConfigSystem.GetSection(System.String) at System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.get_AppSettings() at AdviceSVCEguardianInteg.AdviceSVCEguardianInteg.Main()
If I remove the block below or change the dll to the previous version, the service starts without errors.
