I have recently switched in my application from Oracle.DataAccess to Oracle.ManagedDataAccess and I observed serious problem when I am sending connection string which contains diaritics.
Let´s say that I have an user called "Šaňo" I was able to connect to database with Oracle.DataAccess, but I am not able to do this now. Have anyone noticed the same problem as I did? Is there any workaround how to accomplishe this? Or any other ideas?
