We noted that as soon as I upgraded the nuget package Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core to the version 3.21.4 in my project in net core 3.1, I started getting the error Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleException (0x80004005): ORA-00542: Failure during SSL handshake did something change compared to the previous version 3.21.3 ? because with that version the connection was working perfectly.
