Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core 23.*.* Nuget Package does not allow me to connect to a 19c database

Hi,

I have an .NET 8 application which use the Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core nuget (version 3.21.170) with a 19c database.

I currently trying to upgrade to the 23.*.* version of this package (i tested with 23.7.0, 23.6.1 and 23.4.0) but it doesn't work..

I'm facing this exception : ORA-03135: Contact perdu pour la connexion

I made a simple test with the following code :

using Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client;
string connectionString = "MysuperConnectionString";
using (OracleConnection connection = new OracleConnection(connectionString))
{
    connection.Open();
    Console.WriteLine(connection.State);
}
