Oracle Managed File Transfer License

Hi All,

We have SOA Suite 11g license and we are planning to upgrade to 12c. I would like to know if Oracle Managed File Transfer is part of SOA Suite license or we have to purchase additional license from oracle to use Oracle Managed File Transfer License?
