Oracle maf application deployment error

Hi All,
I'm using oracle jdev 12.2.1..3 and maf 2.6300 on linux , when deploying the android platform application i got he following error
An error occurred installing plugman. (oracle.adfmf.framework.dt.deploy.common.deployers.plugins.PlugmanInstallerDeployer)
i removed he maf exension and reinstalled it, but got he same error,
Some help with that?
