Oracle lite on windows ce 6

Hi all,
I am trying to configure a windows ce 6 device with oracle lite 10.3. I followed the same mechanism as windows mobile 6 but ppc2003 armv4 once and when that is not working with ppc50 and again with going through the forum i found a wa to create wcestd platform and down loaded the binaries to the device.
Device creates /orace but unable to execute dmagent or msync and only the unisnstall could be executed.

Please let me know the procedure of using windows ce 6 on a tablet size device 7 inch. with arm compatible process.
