Oracle Linux6.1にOracle11gR2（Grid Infrastructure)インストール時root.shで失敗する。

どなた様かアドバイスをお願い致します。
メインOS: Windows7
VM環境: VMware Server2
ゲストOS: Oracle Linux6.1(32Bit版)
にOracle11gR2をインストールしようと、先ずGrid Infrastructureからインストールしました。
そうしましたら、インストールの１番最後(root.shの実行)で以下のエラーとなって失敗してしまいます。
# /opt/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

確かに/lib配下にlibcap.so.0やlibcap.so.2はありますが、libcap.so.1はありません。
以前にゲストOSがRHEL5.6で同じようにインストールした時はこのようなエラーは発生せずに正常にインストールできました。
また、RHEL6.1(32Bit版)でも同様のエラーが発生して失敗してしまいます。
どうもWeb上でいろいろ調べていると、OracleはRHEL6以上はサポートしていない？ぽいように見受けられたので
Oracle Linux6.1ならうまくいくかな？と思ってやってみたわけですが同じように失敗しました。
私がWeb上を探す限りでは国内ではOracle Linux6.1でOracleをインストールした情報が殆ど出てこないのですが
どなたかOracle Linux6.1でOracle（Oracle11gR2のGrid Infrastructure＋Database)をインストールをして無事成功した方はいらっしゃいませんでしょうか？
