Oracle Linux guest is not taking the Oracle's Ip in home in bridged mode

Hi I hve installed Oracle linux 7 in virtualbox with bridged adapter

then Ip address come 10.178. X .X while working in office

and for NAT 10.0.2.15

But when i try to do thee same in home

then for bridged ip address come as 192.168.X.X

and for NAT ip address is same as in office 10.0.2.15

Even i am connected with openvpn in host machine

I want linux will come in oracle ip address cven working from home also

Anyone help..????
