oracle linux 7.9 - /var/cache/yum

Hi,
I have about 6G in this directory /var/cache/yum .
One of the file size is 4.5G : /var/chache/yum/x86_64/7Server/ol7_latest/gen/other_db.sqllite.
Is there a way to safely remove this file or control size of this file without affecting yum ?
