Oracle Linux 7.5 VM start error- Started Update UTMP about system runlevel changes

I am not sure whether there was some automatic updates to my oracle linux 7.5 Virtual Machine. There was requirement to reboot the machine, I rebooted then below error message displayed-

"Started update UTMP about system Runlevel changes ......T) Daemon...r progress"

However I am not able to see the GUI & no ssh connection from other system. Although I am able to PING it.
