oracle linux 5.4 iso

Hello,

I have recently passed the OCP 11g test, I would like to begin studying for the OCM and I am trying to setup virtualbox. Where can I get the oracle linux 5.4 iso? Is it part of the V1779301 dvd image on edelivery.oracle.com? I can't seem to unzip the file to pull it out. Is there anywhere I can just grab the iso file?
