Oracle Lifecycle Management Pack -- Unistall?

Greetings,

Just took over this Oracle installation and when generating an option usage report, it records that the "Oracle Lifecycle Management Pack" was/is being used.

This is a licensed product and I would like to uninstall it.

Please kindly post any links/blobs with instructions on how to uninstall/disable this product.
