Oracle Licensing Question

Can anyone help me with oracle licensing? I've asked our oracle rep, but she never gets back to me.

If there is a document that describes it in detail I'd be happy to download it and read it.

My questions are:
How does oracle licensing work when deploying on a VMWare virtual machine? Is it still based on the available CPUs to only the virtual machine, or the # of CPUs on the physical machine? How about cpu's with dual core? Is the licensing per core?

What are the prices for RAC? I've heard something like $20k per cpu. We are moving off IBM to Linux on Intel and we may divert the IBM licensing fees to RAC.
