Hello
We do not have license to RAT.But it has got installed in our installation at some point by DBAs.However it has never been used RAT as indicated in dba_features_usgae.I found this option chopt to disable RAT.Can i use this option to disable RAT and i hope there will be no implications.

My Second question is does mere installation and 0 Usage of the feature RAT contribute towards payment of the feature?
