Oracle Licenses During Server Migration

Hello,

I currently have a HP Server running Oracle 10g EE fully licensed. I'm working on setting up a new HP Server running Oracle 12c. This new server will be available to users to certify the company applications agaist it.

During this period, (of about 30 days) the production server will still be the Oracle 10g. But the Oracle 12c server will be also turned on so that the applications can be certified. After that the Oracle 10g server will be turned off and the Oracle 12c server will become the production server.

Is this allowed by Oracle Licensing Policy? Someone can point out a document that lists the rules that apply in this case?
