Oracle License - Named User Plus or Processor Based

Hi Folks,

I'm at a large organization and have been given the task of consolidating Oracle Licensing stuff. Now, the question is how to know the current license details, whether its a Named User Plus or Processor Based. Also, how do one judge which type of Oracle Licence suits?
