Oracle license for Standard Edition 2 on 2 physical quad-core CPUs with Hyper-V

Hi,

I would appreciate some license advice please.

I would like to find out how many processor licenses I need to pay for this-soon-to-be situation:

- host server has 2 sockets (1 free -empty, 1 occupied)

- each socket has 2 cpu's

- each cpu has 4 cores

We would run Hyper-V on this host server. And one of the VM's would have an Standard Edition 2 Oracle database on it.

How many SE2 licenses do I need to buy? and please explain how you come to it...
