Oracle Key Vault - Unable to connect to OKV server

Hi, I'm doing the OKV lab and am trying to execute the script okv_execute_scripts.sh. The script fails with the following error:

. Deploying okvrestservices.jar utility
Invalid : Web server is down.
-----------------
From the OKVrest.log here is the error:
