Oracle Key Vault 21c Installation problem (couldn't open file /tmp/partition-include)

Hi,
I am trying to install Oracle Key Vault 21c for my lab (ESXi 6.7-20190802001) and run into the following error:
"couldn't open file /tmp/partition-include"
Screen Shot 2021-01-16 at 6.40.07 AM.png After checking the MOS, I found similar issue is report on 2705052.1 AVDF 201. Install Error: Unable to open input kickstart file: curl#37 - Couldn't open file /tmp/partition-include.
There are 3 recommendation:
check the sha1/256 (good)
Enable VMX, see below (note, under CPU, "Expose hardware assisted virtualization to the quest OS" is checked now.)

Enable UUID=TRUE, see below (add the disk.EnableUUID=TRUE in the advance setting)
