Oracle jobs set on schedule does not start (Oracle 9i)

Hi,
We have some jobs which were used to run on a scheduler fine. After a failure due to a data issue we ran some of the procedures manually but nothing changed on the job schedule. Now the jobs are not starting on schedule. The next start date and the interval all seem to be correct but for the past two days, the jobs did not start. Is there anything else I have to reset for these jobs to run?
