Oracle Jobs failing

We have set of oracle jobs running in our db. The problem is one of the job is faling with below error message.
<<ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYS.I_JOB_JOB) violated>>
But when we resubmit the same job(i mean with the same input as that of failed one) it completes successfully.
This failure does not happen whenever that particular job starts. It runs successfully for even 10 or 15 times(rough though). Then it fails once.
Could someone help me out here?
Can you suggest from where I can a idea to fix this?
