Oracle job is executing but not showing in dba_jobs_running

Hi

I have a procedure and i try to run it through dbms_job. After submitting the job is showing in dba_jobs but not in
dba_jobs_running.

but the job is executing as i find the resultant table where count is increasing.

can any body help me in this situation?
why this happening?
