oracle jinitiator + Cisco SSL VPN

Hi,

I am getting the below error message when trying to access oracle applcaition via cisco clientless SSL VPN. The error is popping up when trying to access oracle forums based application. Is this something related to server end or desktop end issue? If so please let me know how to resolve the issue.

FRM-92120:Registry file http://abc.com:8020/dev60cgi/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat is missing
