Oracle JET integration with OAuth 2.0 (2-legged) and Oracle Identity as a Service.

Subbu-OracleNov 24 2016 — edited Jun 25 2018

I would like to integrate a component in OPC(Oracle Public Cloud) service with an external Web-App/Service (non-Oracle) via OAuth2.0.

Questions:

  1. Could we have Oracle JET work with all the OAuth 2.0 grant types (Interested in 'Client Credentials' and 'Implicit' grant type at this moment)?
  2. And, does it(Oracle JET OAuth 2.0 support) seamlessly integrate with Oracle Identity as a Service(IDaaS) now or in the future since our application would, I would assume,  be asked to use the services of IDaaS.

My references on this so far:

I'm familiar with OAuth 2.0 and its ecosystem; I'm not familiar with Oracle JET and just starting to learn.

And, I would appreciate if you could provide pointers to examples or contacts(if you happen to know) that I could talk to.

thanks,

Subbu
