Oracle Jet Chart Legend alignment

HI,

Apex version : Application Express 20.1.0.00.13

I'm using Oracle jet chart libraries for chart in oracle apex want to know is it possible to align the series values vertical and also how to avoid chart resize when a series value increase.

I have created a sampler chart in below
