we have a Combination chart type with two Series in it:
For the simplicity think one LineWithArea and one Bar serie, anyway on the screenshot you see the final chart containing three LineWithArea series (red-green-yellow these means levels) and two Bars series (actual value) per data row (as product article number).
'Bars' displays more important values than LineWithAreas do, they must overpass drawing order first LineWithAreas underlayer as a wallpaper and Bars to top.
Adding Serie after Serie in the Combination chart not affects final drawing display order. 'Execution Options' / Sequence also not affects this.
