Oracle istore images are not loading from OA_MEDIA folder

Hi,

We have cloned the instance from production, after that images in the new instance are not loading.

It is throwing 404 not found exception,but the files available in the path.

Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.5 404 Not Found

If any one know the work around,please let me know.
