Oracle IPM navigation pane not getting displayed after installation

Hi ,
I have installed oracle 11 g ECM suite in redhat linux 5.4 . IPM navigation pane is not getting displayed when i open ipm in firefox browser . Please help me n resolving this . Thanks in advance
