oracle installation on solaris 8 (02/02)

Hi all

I am installed Solaris 8 (02/02) on my system ( P4 & I850 chipset )
I installed entire OEM packages
I installed C/C++ developer version 6

when i am trying to install Oracle 8.1.7 which shipped with Operating System
It gives lots of relinking error
Added PATH for " make, cc , ld , mn ,ar " binaries
I also tried to do manual relinking of binaries using " relink all" command it failed.
