Oracle Installation Hangs..

Hi,

I am trying to install Oracle 10g over VMWare Installed Linux. During the installation of Oracle, the installation gets hang after i press "Install" button, when summary is shown.

I have done all the pre-requisites steps which are needed prior to installation of Oracle 10g. and all tests are passed during the initial checkup.

One Red Marked Error I noticed here in summary, is that not enough space in /tmp folder saying it require some 1.5 GB and has only 656MB. How can i free up the memory??

Please share the root cause of the problem and how can i resolve the issue.
