Hi All,

Os:Linux(red hat)4

i would like install oracle 10g R2 on linux...but am not able to invoke the display. from my laptop putty..

can any advice me how to get the display to run OUI(./runInstaller)....from remote?

do we export display from which ip...is it local laptop ip or remote server ip?
