Oracle Identity Directory - Config - Failed to bind the schema component data

Hi guys,

I am new to Oracle Identity Directory, and I was following the instructions to install it in Collocated mode from here https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/lcm/INFIN/GUID-943F11B4-DD9E-4631-8F5F-80B3ADC06F26.htm#INFIN125, here https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/lcm/INOIM/GUID-D5AFD830-8A7D-42CC-8C22-CE68C452CF4A.htm#INSOA369 and here J_IDM: 2017

My steps were:

  • Create an oracle database on one server
  • Install fusion middleware infrastructure on a different server
  • Install oracle identity directory on the same server and oracle home as fusion middleware infrastructure
  • Use the repository creation utility and create the schemas on the previously created database
  • Launch the weblogic domain configuration wizard

However on my last step I encountered the error CFGFWK-64219: Failed to bind the schema component data Error message: ONS configuration failed

I find it strange because I can connect to the database with the dev_stb user.

I have searched the forums for similar errors but could not find an exact one,
