Calling Oracle HCM / Time and Labour Experts,
We have the need to create time cards from an input file. We know that the employees have a fixed part-time schedule like Monday and Wednesday 1 PM to 3 PM, for example.
We do not want to create schedules and assign them to employees but want to create time cards.
Questions:
1. Can we create the time cards from a spreadsheet / CSV file directly or do we need to create an XML file and use the REST API?
2. Is it possible to create the time cards and automatically populate the time cards with the hours (so 2 hours Monday and Wednesday) and have the time card sent to the manage for approval without the employee entering any time?
