Oracle GRID installation Failure

Dear Guru's

I'm Learner(Beginner). We are plan to install Oracle Two node Cluster.During installation i have following error.

INS-20802 Grid Infrastructure Configuration failed.

Action - Refer to the logs or contact Oracle Support Services.

INS-20802 Oracle Private Interconnect Configuration Assistant failed.

Action - Refer to the logs or contact Oracle Support Services.

Log File Location
C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2012-09-13_10-17-07AM.log

I'm installing Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 on windows 2003 server. I connected two Private Network adapters directly without any router. What i do sir. I need to install Oracle 11.2.0.2.0? If it's not big deal.Kindly forgive me.

Please help me and Guide me
