I didn't created Virtual IP, I just defined it in DNS like SCAN name... During installation I'm facing following error.Please help me I'm just a trainee. If i done this installation then only i can get job...

INS-20802 Grid Infrastructure Configuration failed.
Cause - The plug-in failed in its perform method

and INS-20802-Oracle Private Interconnect Configuration Assistant.

I'm installing Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 on windows 2003 server
Please help me...How can i resolve it...
