I've a customer that like to use CDC (I think that is a feature introduced in Oracle9i), to capture changes over a number of tables with high number of changes.
The target is replicate to HDFS using Talend, so my recommendation is to use OGG Big Data adapters : Oracle-HDFS. However I need some arguments , may be performance and source impact in order to use OGG instedad Oracle CDC.
