Hello ,
We have a GG replicated table let's say T1 , that was non-partitioned on both Source and Target .
The table T1 has a primary key column C1 , which is the key column.
Now we have partitioned the table T1 at source with following steps:
0. GG Down
1.Add a new columnĀ C2 in the table T1
2. Created a Temp partitioned table T2 from the base table T1. The partitioned column is the new column C2
3.Create a Unique Local partitioned index on this column C2 .
3. Renamed the temp table T2 to T1 .
4. Exclude the column from replication by adding it to COLSEXCEPT .
5. Bring the OGG up
The OGG Extract is now getting abended with error at OGG-00366 Invalid column specified in COLS/COLSEXCEPT: C2.
Can you please suggest why is this error coming ? Is it because oracle is considering the column C2 also as key column as the partitioning is done on this column and expect this to be present in the replication/extract.
