Oracle Fusion User Login Tables

I am looking to build a new BI report in Oracle Fusion SaaS application to fetch the list of users who have Oracle Fusion SaaS application user ID created but have never logged into the application. Is there any table which stores the application login history so that I can use it to exclude such users?
